All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
International and U.S are available at this time.
Delivery times are estimates and are from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be reviewed and packed. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email.
Please remember to list your apartment number during check out. If failed to do so, when orders are shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again.
How We Do It
Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are calculated as follows:

Our Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. Most of our items are unique gifts that are custom and made to order, If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures with original packaging and unworn items, that you consider defective. If you wear the items and find them defective after we are not responsible and you cannot get a refund or exchange.
*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges on sale items.
